Installation Guide
Tools: 4mm hex wrench (required) • Torque wrench 4-6 Nm (recommended)

Torque by Stem Material:

Aluminum: 4–5 Nm

Carbon: 3–4 Nm

Steel: 5–6 Nm

Steps:

Measure – Confirm thread length with caliper

Clean – Wipe threads before installation

Align – Position the handlebars correctly

Tighten – Cross pattern for even pressure

Stop – At resistance. Don't overtighten.

Re-check – After first ride

Pro Tip: Carbon stems? 3-4 Nm max. Overtightening damages carbon.
